High Praise. Bruce Tognazzini has a clair vision and a sharp pen (How about “You can imagine Bill Gates’s frustration. He probably has a cadre of engineers ready to take it apart, put it back together with a couple of screws missing, and paint it brown“). But the actual subject of his column is the iPhone. The fact that the man behind the original Macintosh user interface is quite pleased with what Apple has shown must be interpreted as high praise indeed.
