I have found a few more (french) sites about the history of Apple Computer: Platinium (www.platinium.fr) and Cupertino(www.multimania.com/cupertino/).

The Linux community is interested in what is happening in Mac OS X. Just look at this article, describing an interview with Ernie Prabhaker from Apple Computer: Update: Darwin Continues Open Source Evolution (at http://www.linuxnews.com).

Just imagine any overseas country. A man, actually the governor of one of the country’s provinces, wants to be president of his country. After all, his father had been president and chief of the intelligence service. After the election, there is a lot of discussion about the results of the ballot in one the provinces – and without a victory there, this guy will lose the presidency. But with a little help from his brother – who happens to be the governor of this province – and his party members in the judicial system, our guy gets what he wants: the presidency – even though there were more votes for his opponent than for him: that’s what a 200-year old system can do for you! What do you mean: corruption? fraud? … No sir, this happened in the United States of America – so it must be good and democratic and a fine example for the rest of the world.
